Our Principal Consultant, Reinushini Chandrasegaram, conducted virtual training on "Managing Risk in the New Normal" for Directors, C-Suite and Senior Management of PLC's and major organisations on 9 September 2020.


The session of several hours covered the following key sub-topics:

1) Managing Risk in a Crisis

2) Business Continuity and Sustainability (in the New Normal)

3) Key elements of Risk Management Framework

4) Identifying, assessing, responding and monitoring key risks


Delegates from public listed companies and major organisations, from diverse industries, posed many questions on managing pandemic risks, business continuity and sustainability in these uncertain times.





Corporate TRaining for senior management

Our Principal Consultant, Reinushini Chandrasegaram, facilitated Corporate Training for delegates from a major automotive multi-national company (MNC) in Kuala Lumpur on 5 February 2020 (Wednesday).


The session on "New Section 17A Corporate Liability Provision of MACC (Amendment) Act 2018 and Adequate Procedures: T.R.U.S.T." was highly interactive with excellent audience participation.

Corporate training for c-suite and senior management





16 January 2020



Our Principal Consultant, Reinushini Chandrasegaram, facilitated Corporate Training for C-Suite and Senior Management of a major maritime organisation in Johor Bahru on 16 January 2020.


The sessions were on "Introduction to Section 17A MACC (Amendment) Act 2018 - Corporate Liability Provision and Adequate Procedures" and "Corruption and Bribery Risk Assessment and Management with mini workshop". A combined total of more than 60 delegates attended the highly interactive sessions.

Directors' Training for public listed company





12 November 2019



Our Principal Consultant, Reinushini Chandrasegaram, facilitated Directors' Training for Board of Directors, C-Suite and Senior Management of a public listed company (PLC) at Seri Pacific Hotel on 12 November 2019.


The training was on "Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) for Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBP)" [AMLA] and on "Corporate Liability Provision - Section 17A of MACC (Amendment) Act 2018 and Adequate Procedures". 40 delegates attended the highly interactive session.
