Our Managing Director, Reinushini Chandrasegaram, presented half-day (4 hours) online training on "Insights into the Compliance Role and Essential Skillsets" for Compliance Officers in the capital market, with many participants from the Securities Commission Malaysia.

Training on "ESG auditing techniques: assurance on the sustainability report"





March 2023



As a Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner (AA1000), our Managing Director, Reinushini Chandrasegaram, delivered a full-day physical training session on "ESG Auditing Techniques: Providing Assurance on the Sustainability Report" on 9 March 2023 to senior Internal Auditors and Heads of Internal Audit.





The Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia (Malaysia Stock Exchange/Malaysia Bourse) was amended in 2022.
An enhanced Sustainability Reporting Framework was issued on 26 September 2022. This new framework requires a Listed Issuer (PLC) to report on 11 mandatory common material sustainability matters and indicators that affect the Group’s Economic, Environmental and Social elements or ESG.
Commencing year ended 31 December 2023, the Sustainability Statement or Report of Listed Issuers must include a statement on whether the Sustainability Statement has been assured i.e. the Statement of Assurance.
In this highly interactive session, delegates shared their issues and challenges in providing assurance on the sustainability statement.

The session on "New Section 17A Corporate Liability Provision of MACC (Amendment) Act 2018 and Adequate Procedures: T.R.U.S.T." was highly interactive with excellent audience participation.

16 January 2020



Our Principal Consultant, Reinushini Chandrasegaram, facilitated Corporate Training for C-Suite and Senior Management of a major maritime organisation in Johor Bahru on 16 January 2020.


The sessions were on "Introduction to Section 17A MACC (Amendment) Act 2018 - Corporate Liability Provision and Adequate Procedures" and "Corruption and Bribery Risk Assessment and Management with mini workshop". A combined total of more than 60 delegates attended the highly interactive sessions.

12 November 2019



Our Principal Consultant, Reinushini Chandrasegaram, facilitated Directors' Training for Board of Directors, C-Suite and Senior Management of a public listed company (PLC) at Seri Pacific Hotel on 12 November 2019.


The training was on "Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) for Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBP)" [AMLA] and on "Corporate Liability Provision - Section 17A of MACC (Amendment) Act 2018 and Adequate Procedures". 40 delegates attended the highly interactive session.
